On March 16, 2015, the Jurupa Board of Education appointed a Citizens' Oversight Committee (COC) to oversee expenditures for the 2014 Election General Obligation Bonds (Measure EE). Following the passage of the 2024 Election General Obligation Bonds (Measure V), the Board merged the COC to oversee both Measure "EE" and Measure "V".

• One representative from a Parent Teacher Association (PTA)
• One parent of a JUSD student
• One representative from a senior citizen association
• One representative from a taxpayer association
• One local business representative
• Two at-large members

The COC meets regularly to review District bond expenditures. Annually, the Committee reviews the District's Bond Audit Report and presents a report to the Board of Education.
