The Jurupa Unified School District does not discriminate on the basis of ethnic group identification, ancestry, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, religion, race or ethnicity, color, nationality, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, or mental or physical disability, or affiliation with the Boy Scouts of America and other designated youth groups, or any other basis protected by law or regulation in any of its policies, procedures or practices, nor does it permit, condone, or allow sexual harassment of students or staff members. Any student or employee who is found guilty of sexual harassment shall be subject to disciplinary action. Inquiries regarding Federal laws and regulations concerning nondiscrimination or questions or complaints pertaining to sexual harassment or gender equity should be directed to the District Title IX Coordinator.:
