The Jurupa
Unified School District does not discriminate on the basis of ethnic group

policies, procedures or practices, nor does it permit, condone, or allow sexual
harassment of students or staff members.
Any student or employee who is found guilty of sexual harassment shall
be subject to disciplinary action. Inquiries
regarding Federal laws and regulations concerning nondiscrimination or questions
or complaints pertaining to sexual harassment or gender equity should be
