The Jurupa Unified School District prohibits discrimination, intimidation, harassment, and bullying on the basis of ethnic group identification, ancestry, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, religion, race or ethnicity, color, nationality, national origin, sex, age, mental or physical disability, affiliation with the Boy Scouts of America and other designated youth groups, or any other characteristic protected by law or regulation, in all district policies, procedures, or practices, nor does it permit, condone, or allow sexual harassment of students or staff members. Any student or employee who is found guilty of sexual harassment shall be subject to disciplinary action.
