The Parents as Teachers (PAT) is a home program for families with children 0-2 years old. The PAT vision is that all children will learn, grow, and develop to reach their full potential and that parents and caregivers are their earliest and best teachers.
In order to be eligible for PAT, families must be receiving or must be eligible for CalWORKs.
