Purchase a replacement bus pass through ParentConnection
Lost, stolen, damaged, or unscannable bus passes should be replaced as soon as possible.
Replacement bus passes may be purchased online through ParentConnection.
Parents and guardians can purchase a replacement bus pass from their student's Accounts section in ParentConnection. Follow the steps below or use the English and Spanish PDF instructions for screenshots of the process.
Multiple students: If you need to purchase replacement passes for more than one student, each pass must be purchased separately as its own transaction.
PayPal: If you are paying with a debit or credit card and do not want to create a PayPal account, turn off the option to save your information and create a PayPal account.
Múltiples estudiantes: Si necesita comprar pases de reemplazo para más de un estudiante, deberá comprar cada pase individualmente como una transacción separada.
PayPal: Si paga con tarjeta de débito o crédito y no desea crear una cuenta de PayPal, desactive la opción para guardar su información y crear una cuenta de PayPal.
