Congratulations to JUSD for achieving an incredible 80% FAFSA (financial aid application) completion rate among senior foster youth in the medium district category. Representatives from the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools Office visited today to announce that we have earned a Riverside County California Foster Youth FAFSA/CADA Award in the medium-sized district category for our efforts. JUSD tied with the Coachella Valley and Desert Sands Unified School Districts for the honor.
The RCOE team shared a certificate and banner and thanked our hard-working Pupil Services Division team and high school counselors for helping us to reach this important goal.
