SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2025/02, ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF JURUPA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT ON DECEMBER 16, 2024, AUTHORIZING THE LEVY OF A SPECIAL TAX WITHIN TERRITORY ANNEXED TO COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 16 OF JURUPA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
By Ordinance No. 2025/02, the Board of Education of Jurupa Unified School District, acting as the legislative body of Community Facilities District No. 16, levied special taxes on parcels of taxable property within territory annexed to Community Facilities District No. 16 of Jurupa Unified School District, County of Riverside, State of California, pursuant to an approved rate and method of apportionment of special tax. Such special taxes will be collected in the same manner as ordinary ad valorem property taxes are collected and will be subject to the same penalties and the same procedure, sale and lien priority in case of delinquency as is provided for ad valorem taxes.
