JUSD Board Provisionally Appoints New Trustee
On February 18, 2026, Trustee Karen Bradford resigned from the Board of Education. The Jurupa Unified School District Board of Education provisionally appointed Mr. Francisco Cueto to Trustee Area 3 at the Special Board Meeting on March 17, 2026.
Unless a petition calling for a special election pursuant to Education Code 5091 is filed in the office of the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools within 30 days of the appointment date, the appointment will remain effective.
Mr. Cueto shall hold office until the next regularly scheduled election for district Board Members and shall be afforded all the powers and duties of a Board Member upon his appointment.
