Use of Facility Request

Things to know in advance:

All Community Users are required to have insurance prior to first facility use

Jurupa USD - Use of Facility Insurance Requirement

The "Non-Profit" fee is only applied to those groups who present a 501(c) form otherwise a "fair rental" fee will be charged (see fees below)
Fees will be billed through an invoice on a monthly basis which must be paid prior to use or the use may be revoked
A custodian will be assigned to all weekend events for the entirety of the event or a minimum of 3 hours, at the discretion of the district
All new Community Users will be redirected to BRIGHTLY to register and schedule events.

Multipurpose Room - Elementary	$50/1^st hr. - $25 each additional hr.	$100/1^st hr. - $50 each additional hr.
Multipurpose Room - Middle School	$72/1st hr. - $36 each additional hr.	$144/1st hr. - $72 each additional hr.
Multipurpose Room - High School	$95/1st hr. - $47 each additional hr.	$190/1st hr. - $94 each additional hr.
Theatre - High School	$110/1^st hr. - $72 each additional hr.	$220/1^st hr. - $144 each additional hr.
Gym - High School	$100/1^st 4 hrs. - $50 for each additional hr.	$200/1^st 4 hrs. - $100 for each additional hr.
Stadium - Jurupa Valley High School	$220/1^st 4 hrs. - $110 for each additional hr.	$440/1^st 4 hrs. - $220 for each additional hr.
Stadium - Rubidoux High School	$220/ 1^st 4 hrs. - $110 for each additional hr.	$220/ 1^st 4 hrs. - $110 for each additional hr.
Athletic Field (Baseball, Softball, Soccer Fields)	$17/hr. for 1^st 4hrs. - $10/hr. for each additional hr.	$34/hr. for 1^st 4hrs. - $20/hr. for each additional hr.

High School Basketball Court	$50 per court/per day	$100 per court/per day

Labor Rates (Fair Rental rate is Double):

Custodial	$45/hr.
Kitchen Supervisor	$45/hr.
Campus Supervisor	$45/hr.
