JUSD's Culture of Kindness

Winner of a Golden Achievement Award from the National School Public Relations Association, JUSD's Culture of Kindness campaign highlights efforts across our district to raise awareness about the importance of empathy and thoughtfulness. This social-emotional learning is key to each child’s education and growth.

In October 2022, Superintendent Dr. Trenton Hansen took kindness on tour when campuses throughout our district invited him to participate in their Culture of Kindness activities. School sites also participated in the Great Kindness Challenge in January 2023.

We’re so proud of our JUSD community for showing kindness. Remember, kindness is contagious. Let’s keep our #jusdcultureofkindness going strong all year long! 🧡
