Universal Supports
Universal Supports for all students
Universal Supports encompass a comprehensive approach to promoting student well-being by implementing universal screening tools and reinforcing social, emotional, and behavioral lessons under the guidance of mental health or credentialed staff. These supports extend across the school environment, providing mental health and wellness information through visuals, posters, and flyers. Additionally, they play a vital role in identifying students with supplemental needs and delivering structured curricula to groups or classrooms. This includes wellness promotion and education on topics such as building positive relationships, bullying prevention, nutrition, and the impact of exercise on behavioral health.
