The Funding and Program Accountability office provides leadership in the alignment of state and federal program requirements with the districts' Blueprint for Learning, Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), and the LCAP Federal Addendum in order to guide local flexibility and support mandates under Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and progress towards moving all students to high levels of academic achievement.

Riverside County Office of Education
The Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) provides specific educational, financial, legislative, and leadership services and support to all K-12 school districts in Riverside County. As an organization, it is comprised of the elected Riverside County Superintendent of Schools and the array of individuals employed by the County Superintendent to help fulfill their statutory duties and responsibilities. A seven member elected County Board of Education is affiliated with the RCOE.

Our assessment system, aligned to Common Core State Standards, consists of three major components, all designed to improve teaching and learning.
SPSA Doc-Tracking
Document Tracking Services (DTS) is a web-based application that allows school districts to streamline how they complete and update a wide array of school and district-level reports.
