Congratulations to Peralta Elementary Student Angel Vargas, who was honored with the Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation's HERO Student of the Year award this weekend! Angel was celebrated at the annual RMCCF gala this past Saturday. He was nominated by Peralta Principal Melinda Schlosser for the honor and recognized for his kind and positive attitude and efforts to spread kindness at his school.
