Notice of Public Meeting
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
JURUPA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEAR BY GIVEN that the GOVERNING BOARD OF JURUPA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, at its regularly scheduled meeting to be held on August 10, 2020, will conduct a public hearing and receive testimony on compliance with the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) and Internet Safety Policy.
A copy of the Board Policy and Regulation 6163.4, Student Use of Technology, was posted from Friday, July 31, 2020 - Friday, August 7, 2020 at the JUSD Education Center in the Assistant Superintendent Business Services' Office, located at 4850 Pedley Road, Jurupa Valley; at the Glen Avon Regional Library, 9244 Galena, Jurupa Valley; and at the Louis B. Robidoux Library, 5840 Mission Blvd., Jurupa Valley. The information is also posted on the JUSD web page at www.jurupausd.org.
All individuals wishing to submit written comments to the District on compliance with the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) and Internet Safety Policy may do so on or before Monday, August 10, 2020. All written comments should be addressed to the Assistant Superintendent Business Service's Office at Jurupa Unified School District, 4850 Pedley Road, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509. All individuals
wishing to participate in the public hearing regarding compliance with the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) and Internet Safety Policy are invited to attend the meeting of the Governing Board at the following time and location:
