Use of Facility Request

Things to know in advance:

All Community Users are required to have insurance prior to first facility use.

The "Non-Profit" fee is only applied to those groups who present a 501(c) form; otherwise a "fair rental" fee will be charged (see fees below).
Fees will be billed through an invoice on a monthly basis which must be paid prior to use or the use may be revoked.
A custodian will be assigned to all weekend events for the entirety of the event or a minimum of 3 hours, at the discretion of the district.
All new Community Users will be redirected to BRIGHTLY to register and schedule events.
