Use of Facility Request

​​Things to know in advance:

  • ​All Community Users are required to have insurance prior to first facility use.​ 
  • The "Non-Profit​" fee is only applied to those groups who present a 501(c) form otherwise a "fair rental" fee will be charged (see fees below).
  • Fees will be billed through an invoice on a month​​ly basis which must be paid prior to use or the use may be revoked.
  • A custodian will be assigned to all weekend events for the entirety of the event or a minimum of 3​ hours, at the discretion of the district.
  • All new Community Users will be redirected to BRIGHTLY to register and schedule events.
  • When ready, click here to register and/or request to schedule events​
    • Requests should be entered at least 10 days in advance.​
