The Funding and Program Accountability office provides leadership in aligning state and federal program requirements with the district's Blueprint for Learning, Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), and the LCAP Federal Addendum. Our mission is to guide local flexibility and support mandates under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), moving all students toward high levels of academic achievement.

Riverside County Office of Education
The Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) provides specific educational, financial, legislative, and leadership services and support to all K-12 school districts in Riverside County. As an organization, it is comprised of the elected Riverside County Superintendent of Schools and the array of individuals employed by the County Superintendent to help fulfill their statutory duties and responsibilities. A seven member elected County Board of Education is affiliated with the RCOE.

The Smarter Balanced assessment system is a valid, fair, and reliable approach to student assessment that provides educators, students and parents meaningful results with actionable data to help students succeed. Our assessment system, aligned to Common Core State Standards, consists of three major components, all designed to improve teaching and learning.
SPSA Doc-Tracking
Document Tracking Services (DTS) is a web-based application that allows school districts to streamline how they complete and update a wide array of school and district-level reports.
