Melissa Ragole was born in Okinawa, Japan. She has four siblings, including a twin sister, and spent most of her childhood in the Highland and Redlands area until her father’s retirement. She is passionate about her career in the beverage industry and has received certifications from the Court of Master Sommeliers.

Mrs. Ragole has two adult children who attended Jurupa schools. She believes parent involvement is key to student success and has served as School Site Council and Booster President for the Patriot High School band. She has volunteered for years with Jurupa Valley Adopt a Family, serving on the Board of Directors.

A natural advocate, Mrs. Ragole strives to be an approachable liaison between the District and community, always working to create a positive environment for all.

Pamela Blynn was provisionally appointed as the representative for Trustee Area 1 and will complete the remaining two years of the term through 2026.

A longtime Jurupa Valley resident, Ms. Blynn has volunteered countless hours, served on nonprofit boards, and organized charitable events—including a backpack giveaway for JUSD students. She is a business owner, founder of the Jurupa Valley RivCo Lions Club, and a proud U.S. Army veteran.

Ms. Blynn is passionate about education and believes public schools empower students to become productive citizens and well-rounded individuals prepared for future success.

Karen Bradford is an award-winning writer, public relations planner, and photographer, with a career spanning from museums to university communications. She holds degrees in photojournalism and public relations.

Ms. Bradford chaired the Riverside County Commission for Women, serves as a director for the Jurupa Mountains Discovery Center, and has been honored as a Woman of Achievement by the Riverside County YWCA. She has coordinated grants through Rotary International and participated in medical missions worldwide. Her goal for JUSD: every student graduates prepared for success in life and learning.

Raquel Ortiz Cornejo is honored to serve as Trustee for Area 4. A proud Jurupa Valley resident and Rubidoux High School graduate, Raquel has over 25 years’ experience living and working in the district.

Raquel is passionate about strengthening both academic and extracurricular programs for all students. Her background in community engagement and dedication to youth fuel her vision for a brighter future. She values collaboration and is committed to working with families, educators, and the community to support student success.

A lifelong Jurupa Valley resident, Jenny Felix brings deep community roots to her role as Trustee for Area 2. She attended local schools from elementary through high school and now has two children attending JUSD schools.

Jenny launched her own business at 21 and has gained leadership and resilience through entrepreneurship. She is dedicated to positively impacting Jurupa Valley, bringing a parent, resident, and business owner’s perspective to her service on the Board.
