I'm Nancy Reyna, and it's my privilege to welcome you to our school's website. My family and I came to the United States in 1995, and my education journey began in California as a 5th grader. Through the challenges I faced in middle and high school, I learned the value of persistence and the importance of supportive educators and family. Now, as your principal, I am committed to shaping the future of every student who walks through our doors. At Jurupa Valley High School, we are dedicated to educating the whole student. Our mission is to develop academic, athletic, artistic, and innovative abilities with PRIDE. We believe in fostering a learning environment where every student can thrive and grow, regardless of background or circumstance. Our vision is clear: Jurupa Valley High School empowers students to advocate for equity and access in education, preparing them to be productive and contributing members of a global society. This vision drives everything we do, from curriculum development to extracurricular activities. As a first-generation Mexican-American, English Language Learner, and first-generation college student myself, I understand the challenges many of our students face. My mission is to guide each student towards academic success, social and emotional wellness, and career readiness. I want every student to know they are capable of achieving greatness, and I am here to support and inspire them on their journey. As a parent of children in the Jurupa Unified School District, I am deeply committed to treating every child with kindness, respect, and equity. Together with our dedicated staff and supportive community, we uphold our district motto of "learning without limits," ensuring that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
