Our Phlebotomy course is currently offered as an advanced training opportunity exclusively for students enrolled in the Jurupa Adult School Medical Assistant Program.
At this time, enrollment is not open to the general public.
Class Description:
This class trains students to safely collect blood samples for medical testing and donation. It covers anatomy and physiology, blood collection techniques, infection control, patient interaction, specimen handling, and safety procedures. The course prepares students to work in hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and blood banks.
