Dear Sunnyslope Families,
Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! We are excited to kick off another year of learning,
growth, and opportunities at Sunnyslope Elementary.
This year, our theme is We Are Dinos! Together, we make The Dino Difference by building
meaningful relationships, supporting one another, and creating opportunities for every student to
learn, grow, and thrive.
As we begin the school year, we will continue to focus on three priorities: academic
achievement, a safe and supportive learning environment, and strong family
partnerships. We encourage all families to be active partners in their child's education by participating in
school events, volunteering when possible, and joining parent groups such as ELAC, School
Site Council, Community Schools Council, GATE Parent meetings, and Parent Booster Club.
Your involvement strengthens our school community and helps create meaningful experiences
for all students.
