The JUSD Pre-K School Readiness Program accepts applications for children 3-4 years of age that are not enrolled in a Transitional Kindergarten program. Our program provides preschool services to families who qualify based on income, age of enrolling child, and need. Admission is open year-round and based upon meeting eligibility criteria. Enrollment is not on a first-come, first-served basis.
Families have the option of choosing from Part-Day classes in the AM or PM, in addition to a full-day classroom for families working or going to school.
