“Elvira is the kind of employee that you wish you can clone over and over. Her strong work ethic is admirable, she works hard and is willing to go beyond her assigned duties to ensure that students are safe and have a clean environment. She comes to work ready to be moved to do another position because someone called in or ready to work additional hours. Her positive attitude is also something that gets noticed by students, parents, and staff. She is a quick learner that puts forth 100 percent effort into our school, for this, our staff at Indian Hills Elementary are honor to recognize Elvira Escamilla as our classified person of the year"
