The outdoor tables were filled with holiday cheer and the scent of peppermint yesterday, Thursday, December 18th, as we celebrated our most dedicated students at the "Gingerbread & Great Attendance: A Family Craft Celebration!"
This invitation-only event honored students who maintained an impressive 96% attendance rate or higher between November 3rd and December 15th. It was our way of saying "Thank You" to the students and families who made every school day count during the busy holiday season.
We had a fantastic turnout of families who came ready to get creative! Parents and students worked side-by-side to design colorful gingerbread crafts while enjoying festive candy canes.
As a special bonus, our primary students received their very own copy of the book, "How to Catch a Gingerbread Man." It was a heartwarming sight to see families cozying up to read the story together after finishing their masterpieces.
Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this event a success. We love celebrating our scholars' dedication to learning!
