Classes will begin on Wednesday, August 7th. School starts at 8:15 and dismisses at 2:35 for grades 1-6, the Kindergarten schedule is from 8:15 to 11:35. Kindergarten parents will be permitted to enter the MPR with their students during the first 3 days only to help them with the transition of beginning school for the first time. Activity supervisors walk all kindergarten students to their classrooms from the MPR daily. Remember that Perfect Attendance for the year requires students to have no Tardies, no Early Outs, and no Absences! We encourage all students to be here all day, every day to make the most of their learning opportunities!
Our first Minimum Day is August 21st. Dismissal on Minimum Days (Every Wednesday for grade 1-6) is at 1:00 p.m. Please make note of early release days and ensure your student is picked up in a timely manner.
When dropping off or picking up students at Rustic Lane, please remember to slow down when entering the school zone and pull forward to use the Student Drop Off Zone and Crosswalk. We also ask that you respect our neighbors and not block any driveways or make U-turns on Rustic Lane during pick up/drop off times. Stobbs Way and Rathke are also options for pick up/drop off. If you are a bus rider, you must have a bus pass. Please renew your bus pass online. Students requiring free lunch will also need to have their application completed and submitted online as well (Free breakfast will continue to be available to all students).
