Thank you for visiting our Class of 2026 page! Your senior year is finally here, and we are so excited to share this special time with you. This page will be your one-stop shop for all things senior year — important updates, upcoming events, deadlines, and any changes you need to know about.

Graduation Sashes are on sale! EnglishSpanish Translation - Graduation Sashes.pdf

$15 includes “PHS 2026”, logo, and your first and last name
$3 additional per program, sport, or club (up to 7 )
Seniors must be in good standing with a minimum GPA 2.0
You must be an active participant in any PHS-recognized program, varsity sport , or approved club.
No other logos can be printed
Students on the No-Go list are NOT eligible
If you do not meet these requirements, you will not receive your sash until after graduation.
Distribution will be on 5/26 (the morning of graduation)

COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING

Google Form link or bit.ly/2026sash (closes March 11th)
Signature and Payment Form-Pick up in office or Room T9 (Ms. Kendall)
- - Signature from Advisors/Coaches
  - Signature from SMA Office for NO GO LIST
  - Payment form Ms. Lana with receipt attached
  - Signature from Ms. Kendall - Final Approval and ready for print!
Wednesday, March 18th Deadline to return SIGNED FORM to Ms. Kendall in Room T9
Will NOT ACCEPT AFTER THIS DATE as the quantity of sashes will be ordered at this time.
