school year. We have invited our school psychologist Olga Garcia to our meeting. She will talk to us about ways to help our children cope with the many changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of our children and adolescents are fighting ongoing stress, fear, isolation, and uncertainty. Mental health is important for all!

Acompáñenos a nuestra última junta virtual ELAC de este año escolar. Hemos invitado a la psicóloga Olga Garcia y ella nos hablara sobre cómo ayudar a nuestros hijos a sobrellevar los cambios durante la pandemia del COVID-19. Muchos de nuestros niños y adolescentes están luchando con el estrés, el miedo, el dolor, el aislamiento, y la incertidumbre. ¡La salud mental es importante para todos!
