Triple P is one of the most extensively researched parenting programs in the world, backed up by more than 30 years of ongoing research. The Triple P program is a parenting and family support system designed to prevent behavioral and emotional problems in children. It aims to prevent problems in the family, school and community before they arise. Triple P is developed for parents of children ages 2 to 12 years of age. Triple P consists of a series of eight meetings that include:
Promote social, emotional and behavioral competence
Reduce parental stress associated with raising children
Become a confident parent
Have realistic expectations of your children
All classes include a free meal, prizes and child care.
Classes are either in English or Spanish.
