Use of Facility Request

*IMPORTANT: Current guidance from California Department of Public Health (CDPH) states that face coverings/masks are required for everyone indoors in K-12 schools and other youth settings, regardless of vaccination status. Until further notice, all Community Users are required to wear masks while indoors on District property. Please also note until further notice all Community Users using indoor spaces on campus (including restrooms) will be assessed a sanitation fee in accordance with event size (see below fee schedule). 

Things to know in advance:

  1. ​All Community Users are required to have insurance prior to first facility use 
  2. The "Non-Profit​" fee is only applied to those groups who present a 501(c) form otherwise a "fair rental" fee will be charged (see fees below)
  3. Fees will be billed through an invoice on a monthly basis which must be paid prior to use or the use may be revoked
  4. A custodian will be assigned to all weekend events for the entirety of the event or a minimum of 4 hours, at the discretion of the district
  5. All new Community Users will be redirected to FSDirect to register and schedule events

Multipurpose Room - Elementary
$50/1st hr. - $25 each additional hr.

$72/1st hr. - $36 each additional hr.

Theatre - High School
$110/1st hr. - $72 each additional hr.
Gym - High School$100/1st 4 hrs. - $50 for each additional hr.
Stadium - Jurupa Valley High School$220/1st 4 hrs. - $110 for each additional hr.
Stadium - Rubidoux High School$220/ 1st 4 hrs. - $110 for each additional hr.
Concession Stand - Stadium High School$6/hr.
Library - Middle School$72/1st hr. - $36 each additional hr.
Library - High School$95/1st hr. - $47 each additional hr.
Cafeteria/Sports Café (RHS & PHS only)$95/1st hr. - $47 each additional hr.
