Social Emotional Wellness
We provide case management supports in connecting families with "self-sufficiency" resources and provide support to complete application forms.Referral Sources
By managing agency contracts, we manage a "virtual" behavioral health center. We utilize a common referral form for all agencies, determine the best immediate referral source, and connect the family with the agency. Additionally, we meet and consult with our providers on process and supports. Through our various contracts we have expanded mental health to the extent of over $500,000 in services provided directly to students and families.
