Superintendent's Bio

On July 1, 2021, Dr. Trenton Hansen became Jurupa Unified School District's (JUSD) 7th Superintendent since the district unified in 1963. Dr. Hansen has served the Jurupa Unified community for nearly two decades, having joined the district in 2002. Prior to becoming Superintendent, Dr. Hansen served as a high school Spanish teacher at Jurupa Valley High School; assistant principal and high school principal of Rubidoux High School; principal of the Jurupa Adult and Alternative Education School; Director of Planning & Development; Assistant Superintendent of Organizational Leadership and Planning; and, most recently, Deputy Superintendent of JUSD.  ​Dr. Hansen holds a bachelor's degree in education from Eastern Washington University; a master's degree in educational administration from Natio...
