The academy is an innovative program to A
chievement for 9th grade students through responsive intervention, instruction and support. The goal is to prepare students for success in high school and in the 21st century workforce. Students at risk of not graduating from high school are our typical AAA Academy student. While all of our Academy students have at least one challenge in their educational history that put them at–risk of not graduating from high school, the one thing they ALL have in common is the ability to benefit from a dynamic and supportive transition program. Each year, Jurupa Unified School District will identify student candidates for the Academy and hold informational and intake meetings with parents.
